:-) Be + Nice/kind/good/generous/polite/stupid/silly+ of somebody (to do something)

:-) It was nice of him to help you.

:-) It is kind of you to help me.

:-) It is good of you to do homework in time.

:-) It is generous of you to donate this amount of money.

:-) It is polite of you to behave like this.

:-) It is stupid of Sandra to feel guilty.
